Pediatric Medical Education Scheduled Events
Some of the regularly scheduled educational opportunities offered:
FIRM Rounds: weekly multidepartmental conference where trainees experience varied approaches to difficult cases
Grand Rounds: weekly presentation of current developments in the field by faculty and visiting professors
Outcomes Review: department-wide conference reviewing cases with the aim of improving the delivery of care
Continuing Medical Education: the “Pediatric Pearls” series offers specialty-based continuing medical education courses
